As a first time parent I am very particular about the care that my son receives. I'm sure most think that I am over protective, but I only want the best for my son and I do anything in the world to make sure that he gets only the best. It was hard for me to leave him to come back into the work field, but I had no choice...the way the economy is today both my husband and I HAVE to work. The SunShine House made the transition so easy and comfortable for us. I went and visited serveral time unannounced before my decision to enroll him and EVERYTIME we (my husband, Mother, Mother-in-law) we were warmly greeted and welcomed in. There is never any trash laying around, the floors and walls are clean (and how easy is that when you have a million kids in and out through out the day) it always smells pleasant, never of harsh chemicals or flowery cover sprays. The rooms are colorful and imaginative, very clean and well kept. I met with all of his teachers in the infant room (Ms. Carolyn, Ms. Jamie, Ms. Jenn and Ms. Courtney) and they are just AWESOME. I can tell that they love the children and enjoying working with them. They are strict about adhearing to the rules and following them to a T. If we do have a concern or a question taking care of the issue is easy and no fuss. The Director Kim and Asst. Director Melody are just wonderful, as are the rest of the staff. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment for the care of your child or children. I miss my son very much during the day, but knowing that he is there with them being loved and well cared for makes it just a little easier.
