I regret that I have to give them one star. They deserve zero. My 85-year-old father took his car here for an oil change last month. They sent him out of the shop with no oil, and his engine froze up about four blocks away. When he had it towed back, they never took responsibility. We called their corporate headquarters in Illinois and left a message with the receptionist, but never heard back from the company's management. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which reported back to us that the management never responded to them, either. We filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's consumer protection division in an attempt to get mediation. They wrote that Speed Lube never responded to them. They're obviously trying to wait a fragile 85-year-old man out. It's not just unsatisfactory, it's a scandal. My father hasn't been able to drive his car for over five weeks.
