Hummm, Don't know what to think. I had a dentist appointment on July 9th. I am a heart patient and am required to take antibiotics before my appointment. I went to the Drug Store to pick up the prescription and No One Called It IN. My apt. was at 8:00 a.m. first one of the day on Monday. The dentist was closed, so I could not contact them until they opened at 8:00 a.m. She appologized and we rescheduled for Monday July16th. I called on Thursday to remind them to call in it. She said she would make a note of it. Well. Well ~ I went to the Drug Store to pick up my prescription and Guess What? Yep, It wasn't called in AGAIN!!!!!! Wonder if they really want my business?? Think when I call Monday morning, I will have to talk to a manager because obviously someone is not doing their job!

I really like going to Albright - they are nice, remember me and my 2 kids all the time. I will not go any place else!

Very polite on the phone and they tell me they have a billing plan for those without insurance and that applies to me. ...This clinic give those paying out of their own pocket a price break. So I would rate this dental clinic with high marks for that kind of consideration in this very difficult economy with so many cut backs..My own long time favorite dentist does not do root canals "ENDOS" any longer, The referral I got was quite high priced...This clinic would save me several hundred dollars for the same procedure. I do plan on making an appointment...and take advantage of what they offer.
