Ralph helped me get my credit score in good shape. From about 590 to 701 in 12 months. Then he walked me through the process of getting pre-approved. (Always be pre-approved, I now know). he made the entire process very easy for me, at least. He always seemed to be a few steps ahead of the process with his detailed paperwork. God i hate paperwork, but Ralph made all that easy, only reaching out to me when he had a specific question or request. I HIGHLY recommend this guy particularly if you've never gone through the mortgage application process before. He has the patience of Saint Jobe. Top marks, Ralph, and THANKS.
