UPS delivered a package to an old address of the person that I sent a package to in Everett Washington???? Why would they just change an address on the package and deliver it somewhere else? I am unable to talk to anyone in the United States about this. The People that I talk to are in the Philippines. Everytime I call I talk to a different person on the phone and I have to start all over again with the process of trying to get the package picked up and delivered to the address that I have mailed the package to.

Horrible service. Dont even try to deliver package and makes false attempted delivery claims. Plz stay away from UPS Everett

I would give them -5 stars if I could. I have called and emailed customer service repeatedly asking the drivers to use a two-lane city road, but instead the driver insists on using a one-lane fragile private road for which the neighborhood has put a load limit. The situation is so bad that I've let packages sent back rather go to their office. 20-ft container trailers, dump trucks and all other delivery services have no problems using the roads I recommend. Only UPS has refused. Nowadays they simply lie. This is from their website. August 18, 2015 was a sunny day and all roads were fine. The dispatcher - Bret or Brent - was very helpful and considerate of my problem. He went out of his way to try to help me and he was very prompt in returning my call. He contacted the driver and then did everything he could to take care of me. I really appreciate

This is the place to go, much cheaper than those "UPS Stores" that jack up the prices. I shipped a large item for 1/2 of what I was quoted at the UPS store at QFC on Evergreen.

Awesome customer service and attention to detail at this facility. Highly recommend.
