Provided by YPmobileI've ordered multiple window shades from this location. Although some of the people working there are great, my last experience was disappointing. After receiving a defective roman shade, it took months to correct the problem and get a new one. In the end the factory stood behind their work, but the process was long and tedious.

Provided by YPmobileOutstanding customer service. Went in looking for window treatment fabric. We were assisted right away, including interior design advice. We didn't end up finding the right fabric the first trip out, but will go back. They let you take home large fabric swatches to test.
