Poor customer service. Just called in and spoke with a Kelly who hung up on me when I sounded happy to hear a person and before I could get past hi she hung up on me. When I called back and spoke with the same person I told her that I was just hung up on and wasn't sure for the reasoning she said nothing and answered my questions as quickly as possible. Even if they did have temperature controlled units I wouldn't advise the company I'm researching self storage units to use them due to the poor interaction.
