The management here is deplorable. We took 30 people to this restaurant tonight for a Christmas gathering and they were less than accommodating. They had huge empty rooms and acted as though they couldn't seat us together in spite of our reservation which was made weeks prior. They ultimately assigned 1 server to our large party, in which case it took over an hour to get our drinks and an hour and a half to get bread and salads. Instead of helping , the management was seen chatting away with each other as their server was visibly struggling. I attempted to share my experience with the manager who became defensive and blamed my party for the reason the service was not good. (Basically there were too many of us and we wanted to sit together) There was zero attempt to make things right and, further, zero attempt on her part to help the server. I could not be more disgusted with this establishment, and will never return!
