I went to subway today for my lunch break and saw a poor girl, who was in their work uniform, crying out side the restaurant. I went up to her and asked her if she was ok and she said "not really" then told me how she was harassed every time she worked. And how the girls there made her feel uncomfortable. And then let me know that she just got fired. Upon entering the store I could see girls laughing and talking amongst themselves. Clearly talking about the poor girl that just was fired. And I knew right there that that girl outside wasn't lying. I left immediately. I will never go to a place who treats there employees like crap. Making them feel worthless, out of place, uncomfortable on a daily basis. I work at a supermarket. It has a lot of people employed there and not one is ever made to feel like that!



Our store relies on fast workers but we rarely get them. We dont make them feel like crap when they cant make are ring time! i try and help them. Not treat them like a criminal then fire them! the poor girl was new. What the hell do they expect from a new person? they dont like slow then why not hire within the store. They make me sick! so, Why would I trust people like that to make me food when they don't even treat their own right? Those girls should be fired. The manager should be replaced and retrained on how to run and treat his employees. Ill never go there or any subway for that matter.
