B.M.C. Durfee High School enrolls more than 2,700 students annually in grades 9 through 12. Its curriculum includes math, English language arts, social studies, science, and physical, special and vocational education. The school maintains a library that provides a variety of educational materials and resources. B.M.C. Durfee High School provides sports activities, including hockey, football, golf, soccer, swimming, volleyball, wrestling, softball, tennis, basketball, and track and field. The school has art, astronomy, wildlife, photography, cosmetology and criminal justice clubs. It offers various music and theater activities, including chorus and jazz and drill bands. In addition, B.M.C. Durfee High School provides membership opportunities for the National Honor Society. The school operates the Durfee Parent Advisory Council, which fosters parental awareness about various issues. It is governed by Fall River Public Schools.
