I had used this location for years. Last time I had an oil change, the "Service engine" light came on, within days. I took it back, asking that they turn the light off. They wanted to charge me $69.00, for turning it off. I took it to my go-to repair shop. He told me that a sensor had been unplugged, and charged me $29.00. I went back to Jiffy lube, and they looked through their film footage. Yes, they apparently film each service, in case of lawsuit, and admitted they forgot to plug the sensor back in. They agreed to repay me the $29.00. I waited two months, and no check. I called the manager again, and after some time got back to me, saying I'd get a check in the next seven to ten days. The check finally arrived three days later. I will be getting oil changes at my go-to mechanic's shop. from now on.
