They sent an installer to fix the horrible job from a different installer (pictured). I’m pleased with Carpet One’s professionalism and promptness.

We had flooring installed and can visually see imperfections and although guaranteed, they have had Terrible customer service and it has taken months and countless phone calls/visits for them to take any action.

I went into this joke of a store. 3 people sitting around doing nothing. I asked for assistance in getting 2 samples. I already have the carpet and counters in my house, just needed samples to go get appliance and furniture. I was told I needed to come back later because only ONE person could help me with this and that I should call ahead. I called later and talked to this person and he told me I DON'T need to call ahead, just come in. SO AGGRAVATING! Especially when you live 20 miles out of town! Kallod Carpet has given me much better service and I will stick with them next time!
