DO NOT RENT from this company there shady business practices can and will endanger you and your families safety. There repair staff is unlicensed, untrained, & over worked. They sent this so called repair man if you will over to repair our leaky toilet and this guy left the toilet off the floor for over two weeks I had to evacuate my family and sue PPM for a constructive eviction and I won. If you are a property owner or investment company trust me do not let these people manage your property there staff will damage your property far worse than any tenant and will most likely leave you in a legal battle. NOT GOOD.

left a sewer hole in our bathroom by leaving the toilet off the floor for so long I had to evacuate my wife and for children because sewer gas was filling the home I sued brookstone properties the owner of the home PPM was attempting to manage I won a constructive evection relinquishing me from any liability from the lease and won! this is by far the worst management company in Fargo DO NOT RENT from them for your families sake.
