Got a new furnace in Jan.2013..the person that installed it ..was not impressed..Now trying to find out about the rebate we were supposed to get and no-one gets back to us and don't seem to want to get us any information about it..Then I see in the paperwork that the rebate expired in 2012..the rep that sold us the new one not getting information for us...is it not the service after the sale that is important also??Not impressed
