I am a handicap and I had an appointment at 9.30 AM, reached at 9.32 AM and the guy said I was late so he would get my oil change done by 10.30 AM since he already had a car inside in place of me! He said he would give me a call if needed.
Anyways I said ok, I will be back to pick up the car at 10.30 AM and left it there. Came back at 10.30 AM and the guy says - since you were already late, we will do it in the afternoon and not now.
I picked up my car and left, he wanted me to schedule another appointment on a different date - WTF!!!
