Don't even think of calling this place and receiving courteous service or anyone interested in being anything but rude or sarcastic. Especially if you want to buy a mobile home. The management seems to think they are running some kind of elite country club no one is good enough for, pathetic!

if you value your possessions, sanity and safety, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.. management are money hungry bitches (i say that cause they are all women). the park is full of mexican gangs that have nothing better to do but tag and vandalize the park. The white people are nosey and rude. there are a lot of illegals living here too and management wont do a thing about any of the above. all they care about is their pockets. DO NOT LIVE HERE

This park sucks, I lived there and some kids broke the windows on my home playing with snowballs last december,manager didnt do sh_t about it,even though she knew who's kids they were. Both managers are racist,if you are hispanic dont live here coz they will find a way to kick you out... To much noise all day and night time,people here dont have respect for other's property, gang members kept stealing my tools and bikes,,,,so dont live here, im glad I moved out...

Have lived in this park 11 years. It has gone from fair to bad to worse. Now it's dangerous.The managment cant keep track of who lives here, or is just dealing drugs. Security is a joke!!!!!! The rules & regulations are many & most are ludicris. None of them ever inforced. Lot space is raised constantly with (ZERO ) improvments. Sign a lease, then rules change. If you like GHETTO living come on by. Your neighbor can be your next dealer, or robber.
