when I first checked on the front desk lady was on the phone with a customer, and when she Hung up she called her a "b" right in front of me. then after I was given a key I went to my room, and when I opened the door there was a large dog who tried to attack us. when I went to the front deal and told her, her reply was " what the f**k." no sorry, or anything of that sort. she gave me a new room and when I went in, it smelled horrible and the first drawer had a huge roach in it. also, its by an abandoned factory, the front desk lady had her child there, it seems more like a by the week motel people live in. I didn't stay and wasn't refunded and will never even consider staying here. don't waste ur time or money.
