Nice guys. Do do a good job. Prices are good if u value a good oil change. I only take my 2 vehicles to here, hours are also good for me.

Excellent experience with two family cars. After trying other similar businesses, we found Ferndale Lube to be friendly, quick and efficient.

These guys are the best. Been going here for 12 years now and I'm not sure what's up with the bad reviews. For a service I need once every few months I'm always amazed that some of them remember my name and even other vehicles I've owned. They're fast and affordable, and I still come here even though I live in Bellingham.

Absolute morons! Told me my 2013 Tahoe required only a special synthetic oil and a simple oil change would be $103.00

Scammers- run away, can't understand how this place stays in business!

They messed up and lost my keys of a push to start car then tried to make it like it was my fault long battle to be reimbursed. I will never be going back!

Relatively quick service. No real communication about what services you would like upon arrival. Sign said 39.99 for basic full service. Walked out at 69.99 because of "up charges" allegedly due to the type of oil filter that my car takes. Worth the trip into Bellingham next time where the charge is 39.99 out the door with no up charges.



Also would not accept Penzoil coupons despite having a huge Penzoil sign out front and inside and Penzoil colors all over the store.

I think that Ferndale Lube does a great job in service and quality.
