Their image is what they sell. Broken promises, faulty repairs, shop damages that they deny, no warranty, charges for work they did not perform, they even forged my signiture on an insurance check. I think that they not only have no love or care for Mercedes Benz automobiles they hate them for their love of money. Disappointing is not the work for my rating, thieves is better. After months I am persisting and still hope that the owners Mike and Russ will find their integrity, perhaps only after if I find the way, will, energy, and time in an attempt to force the outstanding issues. If you want to pay with your American Express, DO NOT COME HERE.This body is supposed to specialized in luxury cars, one would expect that they would take all MAJOR credit cards. Are you serious?

Paramount did an excellent job of refinishing a few areas of my Porsche that i recently purchased - - they took extra steps to ensure the final outcome was perfect - i appreciate their extra time and effort to focus on the details

My dealer recomended this place said it was highly recomended. the vehicle i had repaired was an 2008 mercedes sl amg. they repaired the fender. their work was NOT that good and the insurance company wouldn't warrenty their work. never again!

This shop takes the time to look closely at damage, explain the process for repair, and then backs up their bid with excellent work. Higher end cars need to be repaired in shops that understand what they're working with and what their owners expect - and this operation does just that. I'd recommend them to the most critical of owners.

I took my car to Paramount Centre to have a door dent fixed. They went above and beyond. They kept me in the loop when my car would be completed. When I picked my car up, it was beautiful!! They detailed it inside and out and did an amazing job, it look like a brand new car. They are professionals with that extra that separates them from the others.Thanks Paramount Centre!!Teresa Thomas
