Its a great store good customer service

TL:DR? An employee at this Autozone went beyond the call of duty, helped me install the part I needed to get back on the road, and utterly saved me. Highly recommend this Autozone and it's employee Josh!



As a resident of Oakland who was making the drive south for school in Riverside, I did not find myself in Firebaugh for conveniences sake. My car broke down on the Sunday after New Year's and while I was lucky to get a tow, there were no Auto mechanics open. I started to panic because school started the next day, but that was when Josh of the Firebaugh Autozone came to the rescue.



Josh drove out of his way, after his shift was over, to not only help me pick up the part I needed from 15 miles away, but helped me install it after that. Not only was he -and the rest of the staff - knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond the call of duty to get me back on the road.



I told him I'd write a good review for his help, and he deserved it. Thanks again Josh!
