Everyone treats you with great regard, they pay attention to the little things and let you know what they plan to do, what they are doing and what the results were. If you want to feel like you are not just a "number" I highly recommend Progressive EyeCare!!

Awesome office staff and Dr. Birtwhistle is great!

The staff was courteous and helpful when explaining the testing. Dr Birtwhistle was thorough in his examination and explaining the results of the tests and prescribing eye drops.

My son, Andy, and I had eye appointments yesterday, Jan 30th.We had a great visit. The staff was great. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was absolutely awesome! She was just great. :-)Our exams were done well and promptly by Jessica and Dr. Kate Lopez.

The staff and eye doctor were excellent! They made my 6 year old feel comfortable about his eye exam.

Myself and my children have been going to Progressive Vision for at least 15 years or maybe longer. We have always had great service, diagnoses that were correct and glasses/contacts that resolved our eyesight problems. Will continue to go to Progressive Vision.

Love the friendly staff and great selection of eyewear! I have been a patient here for many years, and now my entire family is too! We love the friendly folks here and will be going here for many years to come!

My whole family, including 2 children ages 6 and 8, had an appointment on Monday, May 12th. What a wonderful experience. My children were treated so well, with the utmost care and concern. My husband and I, as always, had thorough exams. Dr. Kate and her staff are amazing, they always have the latest technology and strive to give us the best of care. We would gladly refer anyone to this office.

I have found that Progressive eye care is a wonderful, friendly, professional practice. I am a diabetic and have always seen Ophthalmologists in the past. I was referred to the practice for contacts. I have found that I get better care at their practice than going to a MD. They have top of art equipment and very knowledgeable staff. My entire family has switched to the Progressive eye care practice. They are WONDERFUL!

All professional, thorough and outgoing. No problems. The lobby seemed "loud" for some reason. Probably because it's a smaller space and anyone talking about glasses can be heard very easily by those sitting there waiting. I'd not like to have my conversation heard. It's a personal thing....no big deal.
