This is the worst bank EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst customer service, worst communication, I will NEVER do business here again. They "never received payment" until they looked on the woman's desk (she was on vacation) and my check was there but still put on my credit report that I made a late payment even though it was on time. They changed their mailing address and failed to notify me so after the 2 weeks it took to forward it was late. I still wasn't notified of the address change until 3 months later when I got a notice of my account being severely overdue. I fixed the problem on my end by sending future payments to the correct address but it still showed up on my credit report. The employees at this bank are not helpful, they're rude and they don't work with you. I have never had such problems with a bank before. I have ALWAYS made my payments on time.

I have been a member of Worker's Credit Union for over 3 decades.
