Very good service, very fine people.

Do Not Use This Appraisal Group! Had many problems with the appraiser (Travis) Greg Raffield. Even though he claimed to be doing this for over 20 years he made many major mistakes eg: does not know what a crawl space is,entered the acreage of land incorrectly, claimed that even though the home had been completely renovated & updated very recently the home was now worth much, much less than it was just 1 year ago. Appraiser was in an extreme hurry when inspecting the home and made many serious errors in his appraisal. We are VERY displeased and have filed an appeal & have filed complaints with regulatory boards. Do NOT use this group if you want a quality appraisal.
