Don't go to this office! My daughter who is in an AFC home was given a flu shot by Lisa Lindsay's nurse at the AFC home and my daughter is not their patient. She had already had a flu shot from her own doctor a couple days before. My daughter kept saying, "No, No" but the nurse gave it to her so quick that the AFC home staff couldn't react fast enough. A script was also written for my daughter. They have no business writing scripts unless it is for their own patient and should know who there patients are. I would not trust them to treat anyone because of all this.
