I have to say that I'm sorely disappointed with this office. I brought my daughter here a week ago for a lingering cough that was diagnosed as asthma. I was given a prescription for a "nebulizer and accessories", but my daughter's insurance company informed me that the prescription was written incorrectly. They promptly faxed it back to the doctor's office and told me they'd be in contact once they received a corrected prescription. Her appointment was Monday the 7th. I called the doctor's office on Thursday after I once again talked to the insurance company, who had yet to receive the corrected prescription, and explained the situation to a very uninterested staff member who simply said that they'd "get back with me". It's now going on 1 week later and I have yet to hear anything back from them. It's very frustrating to spend the time waiting to see a doctor who fills out an incorrect prescription and then the office seems to be content to let it all slip through the cracks. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE AT ALL. Here's to hoping they return the latest message that I had to leave. I won't be returning here.
