The furniture I had purchased had some manufacturing defects and it felt as though it was falling apart. I was very disappointed in my purchase, thinking I would have to replace my fairly new furniture in the next year or so. They came to my home and repaired it. It's like it's new again! They went beyond my expectations and were very friendly during the process. This is after I had contacted the manufacturer and was blown off with poor customer service. I can't say I'll purchase the Benchmark brand again, but would make another purchase from Lapeer Furniture.

Went to Peerless, knowledge here is much better, attitude is great. Peerless on wishes they had as good of an employee.
