Midas Florence is NOT recommended due to unpleasant dealings with the Manager and the mechanics. The Manager was very reluctant to accept a coupon and insisted that I make an appointment. Even with an appointment, it took the mechanics 30 minutes to begin inspecting the vehicle and "repairing" the problem which took all of 15 minutes. In short, their repair caused other safety problems and did not resolve the original problem. I returned the vehicle a week later, again having to make an appointment, and again waiting 30 minutes for service, only to receive an astronomical $1400 estimate for repairs. From my experience, they are not very customer-oriented and could care less about customer satisfaction. I live very close to the Florence Midas, but I will not be wasting my time or money with them in the future.
