I am not usually one to complain. I have been in retail for 35 years. Customer service is suppose to make your business. I was taught that the customer is always right because if not for them you would not have a paycheck. Without going into details, I did not receive the customer service from this company that I would have given them if they entered my place of business. Just in case anyone cares about good customer service anymore, this is for you.
