When first opened, management verified My house is within the 3 mile delivery area. Since then, they have delivered (SEVERAL) times. Tonight they took my order, charged my c card, and then called back 15 minutes later and lied by saying " we can't delivery to you". I asked about my card refund, the said " we made the sandwiches, you have to come get them". We're not refunding!!!!

This is a New business and they're all ready playing with customers money and lying! Apparently the owner is out of town.. Stay away from this business!

We ordered online and couldn't believe they were actually freaky fast....got our sandwiches, chips, cookies, pickle and drinks in about 10 minutes. You guys are awesome. Very happy to finally have a Jimmy Johns in Florissant.

When I bought 2 turkey sandwiches here, they had only been opened a few days. But they need to get their act together. There was barely any shredded lettuce and the turkey amount was not as much as the many other Jimmy John's I have bought from. Plus they are charging $5.75 for the basic 8 inch which is very high. I would advise this location to put a little more turkey on the sandwich and more shredded lettuce and lower the price or else I am afraid your business will be not be as strong as it should be. But I am glad Jimmy John's is finally in Florissant. (The corner location has very bad access and the small parking lot is difficult to navigate.
