Do not use these people. They are ambulance chasers, liars and constantly harrassed us. Poor time management, quality of work was horrible. First showed up at our house that was on fire to give us their card. They packed up our stuff later and when we went to get our stuff from them they had "lost" certain things saying they were damaged. When I confronted them the stuff all the sudden showed up, undamaged. They are not forthcoming with how much things will cost. They kept toting how they would clean all our stuff...which basically means whipe thigns off that had smoke or soot on them. We refused this service and found many of our things didn't even need cleaning since they were not directly in the smoke. It felt like we were being scammed and they were taking advantage of us in a vulnerable situation (aka house fire). They lied about when they were going to have the house done several times. They said they were doing work and when we showed up at the house there was not any one there. They told me I would have the say about how the house was built then would do things without even consulting me. Our attic used to have lots of storage and the way they built it back, there was not storage..extremely poor planning. When they painted the house it looked like a 3 year old painted it. Their workers were inexperienced, they hung our bathroom shelf upside down. They put the doggie door below a window ledge that would not let us close it so they had to go back and fix it then charged us. They were constantly harrassing us to give them money to call the bank, to call the insurance company to call our neighbors even. They tried to bully me into signing a thing saying our house was finished when it wasn't and I flatly refused. My husband and I hate dread having any dealings with company and feel like we shouldn't be paying them any money but sue them instead. So if they show up at your house when you have just lost half your stuff and you have no where to live turn them away.
