Worst spa in the state!! Don't waste your time or money going to this horrid place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give this business 0 stars but it won't let a customer do that!!! DON'T spend your hard earned money here!!!

This salon is a horrible experience and the RUDE people that work there should be assessed by management for the rudeness that they display to customers that are wanting to be pampered!!! GO TO ANOTHER MED SPA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

This salon, took my appointment, I arrived for my scheduled appointment and I was told they called me to tell me that the person doing my service wasn't there. I said NO I never received a phone call, I was rudely told that "I" must have given the wrong phone number. WHAT, I'm a paying customer WHY on earth would you insult me with saying I gave the wrong phone number. I have had the same phone number for 10 years. I was dismissed rudely and asked when another time would work for me. I WAS not offered an apology a percent off of a service, seeing as how I drove from a far distance to go to this spa appointment. I was treated rudely and I WOULD NEVER go to this spa there are many others that will treat you like a real customer and will service you. There were two women sitting at the checkout and they were both extremely RUDE!!!!

I received filler injections and the result is wonderful. As I said to the Timeless Elements staff, they really should have taken before and after photos, because I think the injections turned back the clock. Most of all, I feel better about my appearance than I have in a long time. A treatment like this takes more than a vial of product; it also takes a skilled hand. And thankfully, I was in good hands at Timeless Elements!
