Don't believe the pretty picture they paint in their presentation. They are liars and do not treat customers with any respect. Their "customer service" is a joke!

I have made numerous attempts to contact someone regarding my townhouse at 1059 Mariners Drive, in Mariners Village Condominiums, having no water service when I returned home Friday night, September 14, 2012. I have left numerous voice messages and I have yet to receive a response. I had no choice but to check into a hotel because I cannot be expected to live with no water for 2-3 days! I cannot prepare food, wash dishes, wash my hands, flush a toilet, etc. which prevents me from performing any everyday activities at my home. It was my understanding (and it is put in writing) that water service would be interrupted Monday through Friday from 8AM until 6PM only. This is inexcusable!
