slow, unfriendly, and inconvenient. Had a breakdown near lynchburg not being local just accepted to tow company the sherif called. was told be the tow driver that the mechanic would look at it first thing Monday morning. Tuesday around noon we get a call that they don't know whats wrong but that his best guess is head gasket. Being a hobby mechanic (I've rebuilt engines not just oil changes) I asked some questions as to why he thought that. Not satisfied with his answers we decided to have it taken to a better location for us as we are not local. We tried to pay for the wrecker over the phone only to find out then that they are cash only (the type of thing you need to be up-front about). eventually they just got annoyed with me so they left the phone off the hook (20+ mins of busy tones tends to mean that). The worst mechanic I've ever dealt with, people like them are why I learned how to fix cars myself.
