We had massive plumbing issues that were left unserviced when reported in January that lead to sewage backing up into our bath tubs by the time it was handle three days after it was reported. This was also reported by the connecting duplex at this time who had the same issues. Both request were not taken care of until we called after hours service. The maintenance man and the plumber said they were both never told about the issue at either unit.



We have been waiting two months to hear back about the unsealed Windows in our unit that formed icicles inside the house during the winter and let bugs in all summer. It was not until our lease renewal was addressed that we were even contact about the bid that was done in February. We are now being asked to pay more rent in a unit that is serviced so poorly? Their response was to buy bug spray for the windows and that we should be happy it will be resolved eventually. We are "lucky" we don't pay more for our rent as well.

I will tell all my friends. I have rented for many years in Fort Collins and from different management companies and All Property Services has been the best one so far. The property was taken care of and they did not try and rip us off.

All Property Service do not do what they say they are going to do. My home was filty when moving in. I thought they had it cleaned professionally, I don't think so. They carpet were suppose to be cleaned but the were not, they have a smell of urine or something funkie and the stains and crusty spots are from who knows what. The wall were suppose to be freshly painted but they were not, there are holes and drawings on the walls. There was a huge open trench in our backyard and the window wells were not covered that they did do. All I want is my carpet to be cleaned as promised and the walls to be freshly painted as they promised. I am upset and was asked if I wanted out of my lease because it seemed as if they could not make us happy. That is a crock of you know what. We relocated from San Diego and feel like it would be more of a hassle to move again, so we are trying to stick it out for the duration of our lease until we can purchased a new home from ourselves. Never renting from this company again though and I would suggest no one else does either. They are not professional and it is almost impossible to speak with someone or have them call you back.
