I have eaten at just about every restaurant in Fort Collins. Dempsey's actually is one of the best. Want a Harry met Sally moment in the restaurant?? For lunch try the veggie melt. i asked some woman what she was eating she said the "Veggie Melt". I thought eh. Then the food was brought. You should've seen her eyes roll back in her head. I said I'll take what she's having. lol It was awesome. They are quick to please altering the menu and making things not even on it.... Dempseys Rocks
