We have used Active Lock several times in the last 2 years and have always had excellent communication, AND excellent service. We've needed complete re-keying of a house with 10 locks and RW was ready and willing to help us even though it was a rush job and about 25 miles from his shop. Yes, we can attest RW takes care of his customers in the rural areas, too!!
