I took my computer in with viruses and when I picked it up the tech sat down with me and explained what he did, which is important because I have a lot of financial information.My laptop runs better now and I feel safer on the internet

I bought my new Gateway notebook from Joe at Computer Help. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me, a computer illiterate, so that I was able to go home and get right back to my routine. When I had a question, I phoned and he walked me thru the solution. I cannot sing praises enough for his patience. I recommended him to neighbors and they bought a computer notebook too and they were likewise very pleased. My elderly neighbor needed help w/her new computer and Frank was so nice and efficient to her. She was able to go home and do things with her notebook that she couldn't do even after having a computer nerd visit her from the shop where she got her system. Please give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
