Great place to stay an very good ppl away feel welcome when I visit the motel

recently I stayed at the Royal Inn in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia. what I found was quite disappointing. to begin with the rooms were inadequate they were dirty the television was quite outdated the in-room microwave was atrocious looking. in fact while I was told that there that I could use the microwave oven I was also told no cooking is allowed in the rooms. but frankly I was scared to use the microwave but due to its dirtiness. the microwave looked as if something could come out of there like out of a really bad Japanese monster movie. but the biggest problem what's the flat out rudeness of the Indian couple who owns the hotel. why they claim that they have Wi-Fi connection free of charge, this service is very spotty at best. also the phone service was censored. that is, a resident is not allowed to use the telephone within certain hours as well as not being allowed to use the Wi-Fi connection this is unacceptable. considering that most good hotels nowadays allow a person to have unlimited access to the telephone as well as make important internet or Wi-Fi connections, the management ownership of the Royal in feels feels that they have a right to instruct the residence or guestwhen they can and can't use the services. my best recommendation to the traveler is to not stay at the Royal Inn in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia. you are best suited to go somewhere else. finally the husband of this property who owns this property seems to feel that it is good customer service to spend 10-15 minutes lecturing his guest on what he cannot do for fear of losing his job. in this reviewers opinion, this man is not doing the job that he fears that he is going to be losing if he is in fact taking care of his guests by allowing these people to have bars of soap, rolls of toilet paper, uncensored telephone calls, unrestricted access to the Wi-Fi network, and anything else that he feels he has the right to lecture his paying customers about.
