Zero points is closer. Assembler, bless his heart, mis-aligned the bearings in a barrel fan. Blades hit grill so past customer bent blades. I tried to return it, but arrogant store manager refused. Said yellow discount card said "as is." yes, it did. On the BACK of the card. Not on my receipt, not on the front, where there was lots of room. All I want is a replacement of the fan blades. I will do the installation, since I want it done correctly.
