We provide a service of value engineering construction projects to save the owner money. The owner sends us plans and we bid the project using our network of contractors and suppliers. We then send the savings on to the owner. If the owner decides to accept our savings plan then we collect a fee of 10 to 15% of the savings we offered. We will also provide construction management services for each project for a small fee.
