Our experiance was not good. Extremely long wait for scheduled visit, staff was not friendly, terrible customer service.Really a shame for a local business.

I went to Dr. Mitchell to have my eyes examined for contacts and glasses. I had paid cash, $88 for the exam and a substantial amount for my contacts and new glasses that I purchased there. After picking up my glasses and gas permeable contacts from him, I noticed the first day of wearing that my left contact rubbed my eye. Tried a couple more days and realized it was the wrong fit.
