We are a small business in Utah and have not used this company in 12 years. Our company underwent new owners as the old owners either passed on or retired. We have tried to cancel our services several times and Sage refused to cancel them. We had to find the surviving retired old owner and have him write a letter for the new owner and tell Sage that we wished to cancel the services. We have not used them in 12 YEARS, WHAT A CROCK!!. Do not retire or pass away, sell your business for your new owners will have to find you to write stupid letters to cancel their service with Sage.
