About C.S.O.A., Inc Cloverleaf Standardbred Owners' Association, Inc is a non-profit, formed in 1960. Its membership consist of owners, trainers, drivers, grooms, and other interested parties involved in the standardbred racing industry in Maryland. C.S.O.A., Inc is the parent company of Cloverleaf Enterprises, Inc which owns and operates Rosecroft Raceway. C.S.O.A., Inc is recognized by the State of Maryland as the official organization representing the owners, trainers, drivers, and grooms in matters dealing with the Maryland Racing Commission. C.S.O.A., Inc exists for the purpose of promoting the sport of harness racing through benefits provided to the owners, trainers, drivers, and grooms in the harness racing industry.
