I came in for a pin for a water pipe. I told them the measurements of the piece and was sold something that does not fit. When I called to tell them about it, I was refused an exchange for the product that is now a worthless $30

While in store another customer was looking at dabbers salesman had a box out showing him. I grabbed a couple and looked at them but when the other customer picked the one he wanted the salesman put the box away without even asking if I was interested. I was but you lost a sale there.

Awesome selection. Good prices and staff has always been legit.
