The hospital is good in my opinion, but like with any profession, you have some people that probably should not be in that capacity. We had a night nurse named Cathy. Cathy was not completely skilled and caused internal bleeding which led to the death of my mother.

MY experience overall was great, until it came time to pay the bill. So far, I have been told I owe 3 different amounts. It's a game. Ask for an itemized bill. Talk to a manager. They charged my baby for room stay, and it was also on my bill. I will never go to Dupont Hospital again. If your bill is not covered by insurance, they will not work with you.

nurses were great to my mom.

The nurses were very rude to me and did not even give me a catheter after I gave birth!
