The national call center is extremely unhelpful and caused more issues than solutions.
The Fort Wayne office stepped up and matched a quote provided by the national call center that was cancelled the day of my scheduled service because they, "did not serve in my area." Very helpful at the FW office.
UPDATE: Gerber's glass supplier scheduled and serviced my vehicle promptly and with great attention to detail. Amazing work! Thank you to the FW office for making things right!
