Communication between office and family has been a big problem since day one. Also they will pull the nurses from your child to accomidate another family. They frequently make broken promises that they will get an extra nurse trained so you don't go without coverage but they rarely come threw . Not a company I will refer on.

If you are looking for a nursing agency, keep looking. Nursing staff for your home is hard to come by and then hard to keep due to inconsistencies in the office. Office staff is at times very difficult to work with. Client and family needs are always talked about being important and their fore most concern, but see little of it. Lots of last minute changes in your home staff, makes life at home more difficult and stressful. If you are like me and have a challenging child, not the agency you want to have in your home.
