Provided by YP.comI have received the most terrible customer service from this Pella company. I have a broken window in the front of my house for almost 24 hours and I can not get anyone on the phone. I continue to get recordings asking me to leave a message although I am calling during normal business hours. I have left messages and have not been able to get any responses other then another number to call in which no one answers the phone. Very disappointed in the customer service.
