I visited Dr. Brennan's office twice.

The first time, I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to get into a room. A couple of days later, I received an obnoxious letter berating me for not showing up for my appointment! The staff of this office exhibits an incredible lack of aptitude and professionalism.
