Highly recommend Settle Auto Sales! They have a wide selection of quality used cars, and their customer service is top-notch. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.

BUYER BEWARE ..We’re do I start purchased a SUV and 2 days later the rear end is leaking from air bags,serpatine belt needs replaced,2 front tires don’t hold air,fog lamps don’t work,heat control on temp stopped working and I made 2 phones before a call was returned by the owner Ben Settle he procedured to threaten me with law suits,fraud charges,paying attorney fees if I stopped payment in his check would not offer to fix anything or work with me as he proceeded to SCREAM at me like a manic. I DO NOT recommended this dealership. At this point KARMA with get him!!!

I happenes to be in the area looking for vehicles. Seen a few vehicles that caught my eye. Walked in talked to the guys to see how theyd be able to help me with the budget i was on. Ended up leaving with something that was well in my budget. More than happy with what i was able to get!!!!!

Dishonest, unethical, untrustworthy business. BUYER BEWARE. We should have read other reviews before dealing with this business. Bought a vehicle for more than enough and had it overheat 12 hours later. Found out head gasket was blown. They won't do anything to work with us on it, they are conveniently unavailable or out of the office when we call and they give us a runaround when they do finally return phone calls. False promises and sketchy deals seem to be their business.

Never go there they are untrustworthy junk yard of a car lot. I bought an Expedition drove it for 15 minutes left myself and four kids (youngest 2 mos) stranded in need of new transmission so now I need to pay another $1500 to fix that. Which I do not have because I just put my money into purchasing it. They will not work with me or BBB. They are just bad news swindlers. No Lemon Law protects you from them that's probably the only reason they are still open. BUYER BEWARE!!! IF I COULD DO NEGATIVE AMOUNT OF STARS I WOULD GIVE THEM -5!!!!

Me and my wife bought a 2000 bonneville in may, 2012. Within the first month the transmission started slipping when taking off. In sept we had to replace the catalytic converter and ignition coil. Then last month, feb 2013

Bought a 98 Dodge Durango on 4/7/12. It broke down after only driving it 9 miles. They would not take the truck back, give us another vehicle, and would not assist us with transportation (myself, boyfriend and our son). Two and a half weeks later we got the truck back with a rebuilt transmission and new used computer. On 5/7/12 the brake caliper locked up. On 5/21/12 the truck stranded me in Indy after taking my boyfriend to the airport. The engine had blown. When my boyfriend got back in town, he called Settle and was able to get a hold of the owner. The owner threatened to sue us if we did not make payments. My boyfriend said that he wants to settle things outside of court and get our money back, but our intention is to sue as well. Ben Settle s response was F*** Y** and a hang up.
